The Castellazzo Social Dairy is one of the first milk processing facilities established in the province of Reggio Emilia. The Castellazzo Social Dairy is currently an important production entity at the provincial level with 80,000 quintals of milk processed for about 18,000 annual wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano.
