THE VILLA
Villa Manfredini is a former manor house, named after the owners who in the 1800s took over from the Facchini counts, who had built it between 1500 and 1600.
In the 1980s it was renovated by the Reggiolese Gino Morselli, who, after buying it from his widow Manfredini, made it into a hotel, with a restaurant inside the Villa itself and various rooms in the structure north of the garden, for reception of guests staying overnight.
The Storchi family bought the property in the early 1990s, and following several successful restaurant businesses, such as Gianni d'Amato's Il Rigoletto, renovated the estate again due to damage from the 2012 earthquake.
From 2017 to 2023, Villa Manfredini hosted the Stradora restaurant business; from January 2024, it becomes an event location and a premier destination for business and leisure customers.

Villa Manfredini has all the facilities to hold your event; the ground floor, with the central area and adjoining rooms; the fully equipped kitchen and the large, centuries-old park.
On the second floor is the party hall, which becomes a fully equipped conference room, the adjacent small rooms, which become private rooms for private lunches and dinners, or meeting rooms for small groups of people.
On the top penthouse floor, four fine suites for your guests, and if that's not enough, Hotel Villa Nabila's 25 rooms in the Villa's former stables.
The Villa also has a freight elevator from the kitchen to the second floor, and a state-of-the-art stair lift.
