VILLA MANFREDINI is an 18th-century manor house that was completely renovated following the 2012 earthquake.
OUR HISTORY
The Storchi Family comes from the engineering manufacturing sector. Founders in 1970 of the multinational company Comer Industries, brothers Fabio and Fabrizio have always been passionate gourmets and users of hospitality services around the world. In the early 1990s, they founded a company called Nuova Nabila, which owned properties for Hôtellerie and Catering activities, initially managed by external referents. Prominent among them all is the name of Gianni D'Amato's Il Rigoletto, 2 Michelin stars until 2012, the year of the earthquake in Emilia. In 2015, the family decided to invest directly in the business, completely renovating Hotel Villa Nabila and Villa Manfredini and managing them directly.
June 2017 saw the birth of STRADORA, a multifunctional venue that offered local specialties and creative dishes, as well as suggested original and tasty pairings with cocktails developed by the bartender. A gathering and socializing spot for all; affordable prices and an environment suitable for all ages. In 2024, the project evolved and became Villa Manfredini - Hospitality & Convention Center, a complete location offering all services and amenities for the organization of corporate, private and international wedding events.
REGGIOL
STRATEGIC LOCATION
Villa Manfredini is located in a fortunately strategic position with respect to the territories of Mantua, Verona, Modena, and Reggio Emilia, which can be conveniently reached by car via the A 22 Brenner freeway (the tollbooth is only 4 km away) or provincial roads accessible within minutes. Reggiolo is a town that was completely renovated following the 2012 earthquake, a vibrant center that pays attention to culture and events.
In Martyrs' Square, where Villa Manfredini is located, we find a recently built pedestrian area, which houses the Medieval Fortress, the Giovanni Rinaldi Theater and dancing fountains, the Sartoretti Palace, as well as numerous businesses and restaurants. Also opposite Hotel Villa Nabila is the brand new Auditorium named after Federico Fellini and Giulietta Masina.
